Founder and Group Managing Director

Sanjoo Sharma is a first-generation entrepreneur, enterprise builder and the Founder and Group Managing Director of Radical Minds Technologies and RMT Engineering. With more than three decades of experience spanning information technology, outsourcing, customer experience, enterprise operations and business leadership, he has built a diversified and profitable business group from the ground up.

Before entering entrepreneurship, Sanjoo held senior technology and leadership responsibilities across reputed global organisations, including Infogain, Astra Business Services, Fiserv, Andromeda etc. This experience gave him a strong foundation in enterprise technology, information security, infrastructure, global delivery, governance and large-scale operations. In 2010, he used this experience to establish Radical Minds Technologies with a clear conviction: a customer-focused outsourcing company could combine flexibility, availability, speed, transparency and ownership with institutional delivery standards.

Built without institutional investors or an external operating partner, Radical Minds has remained profitable for more than a decade and has grown into a major customer experience, BPO and managed services organisation serving clients across multiple sectors. Sanjoo subsequently founded RMT Engineering in 2015 to strengthen the Group's technology capabilities and create an integrated "BPO plus Technology" platform spanning software services, artificial intelligence, automation, analytics and proprietary customer-experience products.

Under his leadership, the Group has expanded its operations, leadership depth, technology capabilities and market presence across India and international geographies. His entrepreneurial journey has contributed to the creation of more than 25,000 direct employment opportunities over time and is believed to have enabled livelihoods for a significantly larger ecosystem of families, vendors, partners and associated professionals.

Sanjoo is also an angel investor with investments in four startup ventures operating across different industries. His investment approach reflects the same principles that have shaped his own entrepreneurial journey: founder commitment, sustainable economics, execution discipline, differentiated capability and the potential to create meaningful long-term value.

While his early career was rooted in technology, Sanjoo's role today is that of a group-level business leader responsible for strategy, governance, capital allocation, growth, leadership development, customer relationships, institutional capability and future diversification. He remains closely involved in major business decisions, while giving professional CXOs and functional leaders room to run their areas with accountability and entrepreneurial ownership.

An MBA in Information Technology and a Graduate Engineer in IT, Sanjoo brings together technical depth and commercial judgement. His leadership philosophy is centred on sustainable and profitable growth, customer trust, employee opportunity, fast execution and continuous innovation. He has received several industry recognitions, including the National Achievers Award by Zee Digital in 2022, the Distinguished Alumni Award by IMT Ghaziabad in 2021 and the Business Leader of the Year recognition in 2020.

Stuti Gaekwad is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Radical Minds Technologies and RMT Engineering who is one of the principal architects of the Group's growth journey. With more than 23 years of experience across operations, business development, customer success, client management and strategic growth, she brings a strong combination of commercial judgement, execution discipline and customer empathy.

Since the inception of Radical Minds, Stuti has played a defining role in establishing the company's operating foundations, expanding its domestic business, building client relationships and developing a culture of responsive, solution-oriented service. Her ability to understand complex client requirements and convert them into commercially viable and operationally scalable solutions has contributed significantly to the organisation's sustained growth.

As Executive Director, she provides leadership across client-facing and growth-oriented functions, including strategic accounts, business development, customer success, relationship governance and key commercial engagements. She works closely with clients and internal leadership teams to ensure that business commitments are translated into measurable outcomes, strong service performance and long-term partnerships.

Stuti's leadership extends beyond winning business. She has been instrumental in strengthening governance around client engagement, improving coordination between sales and operations, and encouraging greater ownership across teams. Her leadership style is practical, accessible and outcome-focused, with particular emphasis on customer trust, agility, transparency and consistent delivery.

Before co-founding Radical Minds, Stuti held important roles with NIIT Technologies, Astra Business Services and Wipro. Her corporate experience covered operations, customer service, credit and collections, sales and client management, and included exposure to prominent international organisations and portfolios such as HSBC, Collect America, Financial Control Services, Central Credit Services and Data Locator Group.

Her experience across multiple functions gives her a broad understanding of the customer lifecycle-from requirement discovery and solution design to transition, service delivery, relationship management and account expansion. This enables her to act as a bridge between customer expectations, commercial priorities and operating realities.

Stuti holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees and has strengthened her professional credentials through certifications including FDCPA and ISO 27001. She is also actively associated with initiatives that support social inclusion, community development and the advancement of women.

At the Group level, Stuti continues to help shape strategy, institutional culture and customer orientation. Her contribution has been central to building Radical Minds as an entrepreneurial yet professionally managed organisation-one that combines the responsiveness of a founder-led company with the discipline expected by large enterprises.

Ajay Sharma is the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Director of Radical Minds Technologies. With more than 25 years of diverse experience across strategic marketing, digital transformation, secure communications, IT infrastructure, BPO and AI-enabled customer engagement, he brings a distinctive blend of technology understanding and market leadership.

As CMO, Ajay leads the Group's brand strategy, market positioning, demand generation, go-to-market planning and digital marketing ecosystem. His role is to translate the organisation's operating and technology capabilities into a clear, differentiated value proposition for clients across domestic and international markets.

Ajay has been instrumental in strengthening integrated marketing through search, performance media, content, account-based marketing, marketing automation and data-led campaign management. His focus is on building a measurable marketing-to-revenue engine that improves visibility, generates qualified opportunities and supports sustainable client acquisition.

His career includes leadership of high-security communication and technology environments, including secure voice and data networks, encrypted infrastructure and classified communication systems. This experience gives him an unusually strong understanding of enterprise risk, reliability and complex solution environments.

Ajay has also contributed to the establishment and expansion of large-scale contact-centre operations, using technology, analytics and process design to improve service capability and customer experience. He is particularly effective at bridging technical innovation with commercial relevance.

His expertise includes go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, account-based marketing, customer acquisition, brand development, AI-powered engagement, secure communications and enterprise solution positioning. He works closely with sales, operations, technology and product teams to create a unified market narrative and support complex business pursuits.

R. P. Rath is the Chief Technology Officer of Radical Minds Technologies and a highly accomplished technology leader with more than 26 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, information security, digital transformation, technology operations and automation.

As CTO, RP provides strategic leadership for the Group's technology architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure resilience, digital platforms, automation agenda and governance framework. His responsibility is not limited to running technology operations; he ensures that technology functions as an enterprise growth enabler, supporting client confidence, operational continuity, innovation and scale.

Before joining Radical Minds, RP spent more than 12 years with Quatrro Business Support Services, where he served as Senior Vice President – Technologies and led global IT infrastructure and information-security operations. Earlier, he was associated with Wipro Spectramind from its inception and contributed to the technology foundations of one of India's pioneering BPO organisations.

His experience spans enterprise technology strategy, service delivery, product engineering, cloud platforms, network operations, cybersecurity, digital automation and large-scale infrastructure management. He has worked across banking and financial services, consumer technology, IT-enabled services and global outsourcing environments.

RP is widely recognised within the technology community and has received numerous industry honours, including CIO 100, CISO 100, Security SUPREMO, Digital Maestro, CIO Power List, Eminent CIO of India, NetApp Innovation and CIO Hall of Fame recognitions.

RP holds a qualification in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Institution of Engineers, Kolkata. He has completed certifications from global technology organisations including Microsoft, HP, Dell and Novell, and is also a certified ISO Lead Auditor.

Rajat Khare is the Chief Operating Officer - Products & Services at RMT Engineering and an accomplished technology and business leader with more than 25 years of experience across digital transformation, product engineering, enterprise technology and global delivery.

In his leadership role, Rajat is responsible for strengthening the company's products and services portfolio, improving delivery excellence, developing strategic partnerships and creating scalable commercial opportunities. He works across technology, product, sales and operations to ensure that innovation is translated into measurable customer value.

Rajat's expertise spans Industrial Internet of Things, Digital Twins, analytics, business intelligence, cloud computing, microservices, data lakes, big data, DevOps, generative AI and artificial intelligence and machine learning. He has led complex programmes that modernise enterprise technology environments, improve operational resilience and open up new sources of efficiency and growth.

A defining aspect of Rajat's leadership is his ability to bridge technical depth with commercial judgement. He understands that technology creates value only when it solves a meaningful business problem, can be adopted at scale and produces measurable improvement in cost, speed, risk, revenue or customer experience.

Before joining the Group, Rajat held senior leadership responsibilities with global technology organisations including CGI, Infosys and Saviant. He has worked with clients across energy, real estate and construction, logistics, manufacturing, property and casualty insurance, government, banking and financial services, product companies and multinational enterprises.

Rajat also brings strong experience in partnerships, account growth, solution development, margin improvement and cross-functional leadership. His collaborative approach helps align engineering, delivery and commercial teams around shared outcomes.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and professional certifications including Project Management Professional and Certified ScrumMaster.

Deepak Soni is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Radical Minds Technologies and RMT Engineering. With more than 21 years of experience across domestic and international markets, he brings deep expertise in human capital strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, leadership capability, learning, succession planning and performance management.

As Group CHRO, Deepak is responsible for building the people architecture required to support the organisation's next phase of growth. His mandate spans workforce strategy, leadership hiring, talent management, employee experience, organizational design, capability development, performance culture, succession planning, HR governance and technology-led transformation.

Deepak has served in senior HR leadership and CHRO roles with organisations including Nirvasa Healthcare and ICCS BPO. He has also held key positions with Home Credit, Vivo Healthcare, Fitness First, Aegis BPO and IBM Daksh. Across these organisations, he has supported rapid expansion, large-scale workforce management, culture transformation and business restructuring in complex and competitive environments.

His approach to human resources is strongly business-aligned. He works with business leaders to ensure that organisation structure, leadership capability, workforce economics and talent priorities are connected to revenue, service delivery, customer commitments and profitability. He combines employee-centric thinking with a clear focus on accountability, productivity and measurable outcomes.

Deepak has led initiatives across employee engagement, workforce planning, change management, performance optimisation, HR digitisation and leadership development. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Business Administration. He has also completed an Executive MBA from XLRI and is a certified master trainer across multiple disciplines.

Narinder Sethi is the Chief Business Officer of Radical Minds Technologies and a distinguished business leader with more than three decades of experience across business process management, customer experience, outsourcing, transformation and global operations.

In his Group leadership role, Narinder is responsible for advancing the organisation&s growth agenda, strengthening its market position, expanding strategic client relationships and accelerating transformation-led offerings. He works across business development, solution strategy, operations and leadership governance to ensure that growth is profitable, scalable and closely aligned with client outcomes.

Prior to joining Radical Minds, Narinder held senior executive responsibilities with leading global organisations, including Startek and Tech Mahindra. Across these roles, he managed large P&L portfolios, multi-geography delivery environments and complex client ecosystems. He has a proven record of driving sustained double-digit growth, improving operational efficiency and strengthening profitability across large-scale businesses.

One of the defining strengths of Narinder's career has been his ability to scale enterprises and operating portfolios substantially while maintaining strong governance and delivery discipline. His experience includes growing businesses from approximately USD 70 million to more than USD 700 million in revenue, while holding margins and performance standards among the best in the industry.

Narinder has led business transformation, turnaround, restructuring and post-merger integration initiatives across diverse markets. He is particularly effective at connecting strategic ambition with operating execution-translating long-term plans into clear accountabilities, measurable performance and disciplined management rhythms.

His leadership expertise spans revenue growth, customer experience, global service delivery, account expansion, organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, process optimisation and leadership development. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, he plays a central role in enabling sustainable growth through disciplined financial management, sound governance and effective capital allocation.

As CFO, Sachin leads financial strategy, planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, controllership, taxation, audit, compliance, treasury, reporting and finance transformation. He works closely with the Founder, Board and business leaders to evaluate investments, strengthen profitability, manage risk and improve decision quality across the organisation.

Sachin's leadership approach goes beyond traditional finance administration. He acts as a strategic business partner, connecting financial data with operating priorities and helping leadership teams understand the implications of growth, pricing, productivity, capacity, investment and working capital decisions.

Before joining Radical Minds, Sachin held leadership positions with organisations including the IBIBO Group, Happy and Menarini. These roles gave him experience across dynamic consumer, technology and corporate environments, as well as exposure to complex financial operations, transformation initiatives and business expansion.

His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, statutory and internal audits, financial and regulatory reporting, controllership, taxation, payment gateway management, budgeting and forecasting, financial systems and process transformation. He has been instrumental in strengthening reporting accuracy, improving compliance frameworks and building scalable finance practices.

Sachin is known for his analytical discipline, commercial understanding and results-oriented approach. He helps ensure that the Group's growth ambitions are supported by strong unit economics, cost governance, financial visibility and responsible investment.

He holds a Master's Degree in Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and is certified in International Financial Reporting Standards by Dun & Bradstreet.

Senior Vice President - Sales for the UK and Europe

Baldeo Singh is the Senior Vice President - Sales for the UK and Europe at Radical Minds Technologies and RMT Engineering. Based in London, he leads the Group's growth initiatives across the United Kingdom and European markets.

His mandate includes enterprise business development, strategic account creation, market-entry execution, partner development and the positioning of the Group's integrated BPO and technology capabilities. He works with senior decision-makers to identify business priorities and shape solutions across customer experience, managed services, digital transformation, artificial intelligence and technology-enabled operations.

Baldeo brings extensive experience in B2B sales, account management, solution-led business development and sector-focused growth. His background includes engagement across financial services, energy and utilities and other enterprise verticals, giving him a practical understanding of complex buying environments and long-cycle strategic sales.

He is known for connecting market opportunity with delivery capability. Rather than approaching sales as a transactional activity, Baldeo focuses on developing a clear understanding of a client's operating challenges, transformation goals and commercial expectations before aligning the appropriate combination of people, process and technology.

As the Group strengthens its international presence, Baldeo plays an important role in creating local market access and building long-term relationships with clients, advisors and ecosystem partners. His London presence enables closer engagement with customers and faster coordination across the UK and continental Europe.

He works closely with the Founder, Group leadership, solution teams and delivery organisations in India to ensure that opportunities are shaped responsibly and supported by credible transition and execution plans.
