Dial more, and dial the right ones
Predictive pacing against agent availability, contact segmentation on behavioural signals, and best-time-to-call learned from your own answer data.
Bring a list and a script. We build the campaign on the call, gate included.
Illustrative interface. Rates, counts and hours are sample data from a demo tenant — not a benchmark, a connect rate or any other performance claim. The screen shows an OptiML outbound campaign console: a predictive dialing mode with an abandon-rate cap and a local calling window, tiles for dialable contacts, connect rate, warm transfers and abandon rate, and a bar chart of answer rate by hour with the best hour for this segment highlighted.
Segment, script, pace, then run it
-
Step one
Import and segment
CSV import with duplicate detection, then AND/OR filter rules over demographic and behavioural signals. The segment is a rule, so it stays current as the underlying data changes.
-
Step two
Build the script
A template engine with variables, conditionals and loops, plus a catalogue of the variables available. The live preview runs against a real contact record, so you see the sentence that contact will actually hear.
-
Step three
Set pacing and the gate
Dialing mode, abandon-rate cap, concurrent-call limits, calling windows in the contact's own timezone, and the retry policy. DNC, consent and window checks all run before the dial goes out.
-
Step four
Run it your way
AI agents end to end, human agents on the desk, or AI qualifying and transferring the interested to a human warm. The transcript and the score are already attached.
Three things, and your DNC sources
Teams tend to forget the third one until the first campaign is built. It is on this list because the gate will not let a campaign run without it.
- A contact list. CSV, or synced from Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive. Duplicates are detected on import rather than dialled twice.
- A caller ID. Your number, on your own trunk over SIP, or a number provisioned in the platform.
- Your DNC sources. National lists, your internal suppression list, and any list a client supplies. All three are enforced together.
The compliance gate blocks the call. It does not log a warning after it. Calling windows follow the contact's own timezone and local public holidays, not your office's, and two-party-consent announcements are generated where the jurisdiction requires them.
The regulated part stays with a licensed human
An insurer runs renewal outreach where an AI agent confirms interest and transfers warm to a licensed human agent for the actual sale. The regulated part of the conversation stays with a licensed person, and the volume stays on the machine.
Three dialing modes. Pick per campaign, or per time of day on the same campaign.
| Mode | How it paces | When it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Predictive | Paces against agent availability and predicted answer rates, under a hard abandon-rate cap | High-volume lists where agent idle time is the cost |
| Power | Places a fixed ratio of calls per available agent | Steady lists where you want a predictable ratio |
| Progressive | Places one call per agent, one at a time | High-value or sensitive contacts, and small lists |
| Retries | Exponential backoff at 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day, 3 days and 1 week, with a per-campaign attempt cap | Every mode. Holiday-aware, and skewed to best-time-to-call |
Volume without the exposure
Fails closed
DNC across national, internal and client-supplied lists, consent verification, and calling windows enforced by the contact's own timezone.
Retries that learn
Best-time-to-call analysis from your own answer data, so the second attempt lands when this contact actually picks up.
Scoring that explains itself
Lead scores from 0 to 100 with an explainable rule engine, and BANT, CHAMP and MEDDIC presets to start from.
Written back cleanly
Outcomes sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive idempotently on the call ID, so a retry never duplicates a record.
The parts this runs on
The dialer is part of the platform. It does not arrive from a separate vendor with a per-seat licence and an integration project of its own.
Predictive dialer
Three modes, pacing controls, abandon-rate caps and a compliance gate that fails closed. Outbound & dialerScript personalisation

Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive, two-way, with 68 CRM workflow nodes. IntegrationsWe publish outcome figures only with the customer's written approval, so this slot stays empty until one is signed off. In the meantime the mechanism above is the honest version.
What runs on the same dialer
Collections calls that stay inside the rules
The same dialer and the same gate, pointed at a delinquency list. CollectionsQualify every lead, call only the ones worth calling
Score the list before you dial it, and nurture the rest. Lead qualificationTell them before they call you
Outbound that isn't selling — triggered by your systems, across four channels. Proactive notificationsThe platform underneath
Everything on this page is the OptiML CX Platform configured for Outbound sales & collections, not a separate product. These are the modules it leans on.
Bring a list and a script
We build the campaign live: segment rules, personalised script, pacing, and the DNC and calling-window gate. Then you watch it block a contact it should not call.
