Challenges
Lab test selection doesn’t have to be confusing. The challenge was to design an interface that is engaging and easy to follow, on a clean architecture that stays out of the user’s way.
We focused on quick discoverability of features, using purposeful UI elements to ensure options are clear and navigation is simple. Standing out was essential, and our flexible information architecture evolves with user needs while scaling to meet business goals.
The design lets users compare lab services easily, so their healthcare decisions rest on better information.

Requirements
We identified several essential requirements to ensure that our mobile app caters to user needs and delivers an exceptional experience.
A deep understanding of user expectations was our primary focus. We prioritised enabling users to compare and select lab tests quickly and efficiently, improving the visibility of competitive options, boosting engagement with interactive features, and creating a scalable and dynamic app interface.
Additionally, we provided functionalities like scheduling lab test bookings and communicating clear value propositions and estimated turnaround times (ETA). Our design approach ensures the platform remains scalable, user-centric, and adaptable to future enhancements and business growth.

It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English.
